Great New Style Door Opener
Over the years I have put in a few of the traditional chain or screw drive openers. This style is great, it takes very little space and none of the vibration associated with the old style. Seems solidly built. No problem lifting my 18 foot wide door

Finally! Garage door openers have made it into the 20th Century! It's about time! These have been available to the commercial world for under 10 years, so it's nice to see it available for homeowners at an affordable price. This is the ultimate in openers! Clean, unobtrusive, secure and efficient. It's easy to install so long as your door was installed CORRECTLY. Very nice opener.
Easy to install and significantly quieter than our old Wayne Dalton iDrive opener. The sensor that automatically turns the light on has been a little finicky but that may be due to the fact that we have steps that go down to our garage and the control panel is mounted approx. 3 feet higher than the garage floor. We also had a little trouble with the control panel not responding which seemed to be related to the wires being pinched where they connect to the opener. Would buy again without hesitation.
Simple installation, very quiet and smooth. Nice not having to have brackets on the ceiling, much cleaner look. The MyQ internet function is much more handy than I thought it would be, nice being able to check the door status regardless where you're located. It's a smooth running quite operational mechanism with all the bells and whistles except a remote key pad, which is a must.
Main thing I encountered with this item is that its to sensitive to up and down movement, The slightest resistance it encounters will stop it and return it to it's up position.
