Runs hot and has very loud fans. Can even feel Vibrations on the rear gpu plate AND through the gpu 2x8 pin power cables, which are coming from one or both Fans when there running on high rpm. Do yourself a favour and buy a different gtx1080Ti.

I have had a number of these cards (building simulators) over the past few years and all have served me well. Some of them run a bit warm, but if your case cooling is decent and your room temperature isn't too high then it shouldn't be a big problem. I have had customers use these for VR 12hrs per day without issue. Out of the many cards we have seen, as with any brand, some will have slightly better thermal bond between the heatsink and GPU/VRAM, some will run warmer than others - if you're really bothered then you can re-mount the heatsinks, or replace the stock cooling with a water block, etc. They have the power of a 1080Ti in a slightly more compact form than normal - so these can be handy for rack mounted or small form factor builds.

Okay to level with you package was huge, but the card is "tiny" but very capable. Originally bought this card for its size, because case is small the card should be too. Only thing about this card thats not small is the performance which can handle simulation and games with ease. Only con is that this card gets hot (78C) in some titles if you really push it. Could be also that I dont know when the termal paste is changed. All in all very capable card. Thank you!
