Have used this product (2 tablets per day) for over a week now but seen no improvement in symptoms, rather they are probably slightly worse (was on Acidophilus Extra 10 for 2 mnths before trying these). I was amazed how much of a difference this product made to my wellbeing. Being an intimate product, I don't want to go into explicit detail about how this product works for me, but suffice it to say it really has made a difference. If this were the only criteria for my personal system of appointing stars, it would have received 5. However, I have deducted a star from this product because it is prohibitively expensive for me, even though the cheapest I could find was on e-Bay. I would like to take this product daily to maintain good health, but I simply cannot afford to. Essential for my diet
As somebody on a low carb diabetic diet, i could not live without these.
