difficult to set up tp control the tv
The instructions that come with the remote are not correct. To program the TV into the I had to use the button in the same position as on the original remote which are named differently The original remote instructions are:- Press the Search Button (which is no longer there) for 3 seconds, the TALKTALK Button will flash 3 times & stay on. Then press one of the folowing numbers that matches your TV. 1 Grundig 2 JVC 3 LG 4 Panasonic 5 Philips 6 Samsung 7 Sharp 8 Sony 9 Thomson 0 Toshiba Your TV will turn off. The top two colored buttons will now control your TV. Easier to use....
This remote is easy to use, and easy to set up. The My View button replaces the old search button, that u need to press and hold to set this up with ur television model. It covers a wide range of television manufacturer's. For more information on tuning the remote is on the you view website. This remote is so responsive, no more having to press hard down on the tabs anymore. If this lasts as long as my first, about 10 years, then I will be very pleased!!
