Have taken these for 4 months and have found no difference whatsoever to the quality or thickness of my hair. I lost a lot of hair through illness and it never recovered or grew back, I was expecting great things from these gummies that I’d heard fabulous things about and I’m bitterly disappointed. I gave them 4 months so they had a chance to work......wished I’d not wasted my money.
