Great unit sounds excellent and easy to use. Lots of features.

The product really has great sound can be as loud as you like Seems nice to actually find a stereo that has a large 700 watts. Great base. Great price and really fast service to delivery. Plays my cds and it really brings out the sound Very happy with this unit. Would highly recommend it and would buy another without any question.

You get what you pay for

It's a pretty system but the sound quality isn't good at all. It gets loud so if thats what you are looking for then this is the sound system for you. When you have it on maximum volume it has a buzzing noise that's annoying also. The subwoofer...yes it does bump BUT it is not good. It's not a smooth bass. It's hard on the ears and you have to turn it down because you hear most of the treble and muffled voices after a certain volume point.

  • Nice unit for the price.

Ok, it's says "mini", but it is pretty big, especially in the box, but it's not that big a deal (pun intended), just consider that when doing your investigations. It was very easy to hook up, I didn't even look at the instructions. The same went for the functions, everything was really easy to do from the remote. It took a little experimenting with pushing a few buttons, but with the actions displayed on the screen it was a piece of cake. I'm old school, I actually play CD's, so this system is perfect for me. That said, I do use thumb drives to listen to music and this unit has two thumb drive ports, so I can have twice the music and one aspect of it is that when you shut it off, then turn it on again it picks up on the USB right where it left off. I've had units that would start at the beginning again and you'd end up hearing the same first songs over and over. The sound quality is fine for my man cave and it has many different sounds and there should be one that works for everybody. All in all it's a very nice unit and I'd recommend it to anyone.

  • LG Stereo Model CM 4550 700 Watt

I'm 69 years old so there was a "learning curve" buying a stereo with Blue Tooth and USB outlets and I'm still learning. This stereo, to my surprise did NOT have an AM Radio, only FM but 16 year old Grandson came to the rescue by attaching an "RCA Cord" into my transistor radio headphone jack I can easily pick up my AM Radio Stations through the Aux Function that plays very well. I was concerned about the flimsy plastic volume dial but also learned to use the remote control that came with the stereo hence I don't have to fiddle with the dial[s] on the "face" of the stereo. If I hear a nice drum roll or guitar riff I like to run the player back to listen to it again but this stereo doesn't have that function so that's a Boo-Hoo. Sound quality is good as was the price.

  • best for its price in class

heres my issues with this first the enclosures are glued no clips or screws to get in just glued and the bass level for this amount of wattage is sad its at least 200 watts for the sub but sounds alot less this is usually due to the driver in this case im guessing its a 8 ohm sub i plan to replace it with a 2 ohm sub (kicker silver cvr more than likely) that stuff aside this hifi system is amazing with a few mods its a very impressive system (i baffled the tweeters and sealed the from of the sub grill using clear wrap and i covered speaker drivers with a cloth grill (very thin layer just gives light baffling) it now rattles my house and audio is still crystal clear so is it worth $170, alllll day no regret here but with out those mods you can barely turn it up enough for the sub to kick in before its ear bleeding loud, the drivers do produce some bass too so if you dont like deep and heavy bass with clear sound the mods may not be for you

  • Great not Awesome

I bought this to replace my Bose that the CD player broke in. After researching The Bose players, I see that looks to be a common problem. And it shouldn’t be on an expensive piece of Electronics. I wasn’t willing to take a chance on another Bose, that’s when I found this as a replacement and with so many good reviews, I had to try it. I’m happy with it. It’s BIG and CAN PLAY REALLY LOUD! It’s made on the cheap side (but hey, I had a $500.00 Bose that broke)! It can play deep bass although if I’m trying to duplicate a concert type sound, it falls short. Always use the remote to save wear and tear on the buttons. So I like it A great deal but I’m not gonna say this can replace my Onkyo home stereo. It is a nice system and I consider it well worth it!

  • Great system at a great price.

Great system at a great price. Instruction manual lacking a bit but you can figure it out. Awesome sound. Have had volume only up to 20 and it was loud and clear and booming. Volume goes to 40 if you need to hear it a mile away. Best sounding system I have ever had. Has so many features that I have not tried yet. Wish it came with longer speaker wires but not hard to splice on some longer wire. Would buy again, especially at $135.00

  • A great sound and a nice looking appearance.

I liked the fact that it is easy to operate and it has a nice looking appearance...it could use a little more bass with the treble but it is aright..

  • SA bookshelf speakers

Sound is very nice but bass response is not impressive will need a sub to get the most outta the bright highs, solid mids of these. Boxes are a bit light I notice them dance right off the shelf when playing music loudly with only them doing it to themshelfs..I'm yet to put a sub with themshelfs looking foward to it and may sticky tape themshelfs in position i want the to stay... but again mid range and highs are quite impressive. Overall 7 out 10 rating ..CONS are on light box, speakers moving it's self when playing.. screens hard to remove... deep bass not there Pros..Price , Beautiful highs and midrange . Looks are quite nice .
