Even Nicer Than Expected
I've used butcher paper in the past, but this one is superior! I bought it to cover a table for a grazing table for a party that I was having, and now my husband wants to also use it to wrap briskets after he puts them on the grill; the paper holds the heat and moisture in to make the perfect brisket. Works as advertised
I use this paper to wrap beef brisket to get the best bark and tenderness and juicy without burning it.
