Good Looking Taps But Be Careful Installing
I'm being a bit harsh as the tap itself looks very good, I can't comment on how durable the finish is as i've only just installed them. What I can tell you is that on tightening the plastic nut to secure the tap in place, it shattered completely. That could've been because I didn't use the big rubber washer on the underside on the first tap. I though it was for the top. I lost faith and just used the old ones that were installed and happy with the end product. They do look but just be sure to put that big rubber washer on before trying to tighten, maybe you'll have better luck than me.I will add that even without the washer, it shouldn't shatter into 4 pieces like it did, indicating the quality of the plastic used.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great Taps

Nice taps shame about the nuts
Seem to be of a good quality nice looking and smooth operation. I only gave four stars as the back nuts (as mentioned in other reviews) are useless. First one cracked before I'd managed to tighten it enough to stop the tap turning in its hole. Luckily I had some brass back nuts which I'd saved off older taps (see dear I wasn't just hoarding) which did the job perfectly. Also the rubber washer could have done to have been a bit wider as it pulled into the sink tap hole when tightening the nut. Solved this by nipping to the DIY and getting some wider plastic ones to put between the rubber washer and sink. If the nuts and washers had been anygood it would have been five stars. Great looking taps!
The taps look great and works very well. No issues with them at all. The customer service is amazing as had to get a replacement sent out using alternative courier (during Royal Mail strike). No delays at all. The quality of the taps are really good with easy to install using a simple basin tool. Would definitely recommend from this seller.
