Getting a good quality extractor fan seems difficult. Took me an hour to find this one which I bought by, ok why not. It's not loud as such took only 5 mins to mount to the wall, wiring it was difficult as the Live and Neutral wires have to go to the correct connectors but the Live connector isn't clearly marked. And the wiring to the motor are black not colour coded like a plug. A white symbol on a white background identified the Live. The Instructions are for the Timer version and don't appear clear so took 5-10 mins to figure out. It runs smoothly the noise I don't consider loud as the previous branded Fan was noisy. Like wind on an open car window. The Cover screws into place with an opening I made for the Wiring. The motor noise is part an parcel of any extractor. It's mains powered by a switch through a fused junction. I would buy this product again.Read full review

Relatively simple and was initially concerned at having only two screw holes, but needlessly so. All OK in real life fitting. Put in the ceiling of a small toilet and only needed the occasional hoover to de-fluff that all fans need in dusty places. Still working fine months later after fairly continuous use. Recommended product, reasonably quiet too :-)

This is a replacement for the same fan purchased some 3 years ago. Nothing has changed except the price which is marginally cheaper. Good product and easy to fit.

The Manrose fan is easy to fit, looks good, and works really well. Enough said?

Purchased item because it was nearly identical to the one I was taking out and that gave reliable service for a long time
