This will definitely resolve your issue with both hot & cold water flows at the same time if they're low. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it is a bit noisy but not loud enough to wake up a household, even in a small flat. Personally, this minor issue doesn't change the fact that this product is very efficient and I definitely recommend it to anyone on a low budget.
