A great aid to enjoying the 'throne'.
This is the second Aidapt Broadstairs Toilet frame that I have bought and again I think it's a well made, strong and useful frame that is ideal for it's intended purpose. My wife has rheumatoid arthritis and I have back problems and the frame provides safe support when using the toilet without being intrusive for those who don't need it. It's easy to adjust it's dimensions but seems to be good for a range of heights and body sizes without too many changes. Good product, but not ideal for our needs.
A good product, and would be ideal if I could fit it "back to front" but our toilet is so designed that it won't work that way. As it has to be used as shown in picture, it does tend to tip forward when the user is pulling up out of wheelchair, and has to be steadied by helper. I am trying to figure out a way to prevent this happening. The reason I would not recommend it is because of this instability due to our particular circumstances.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good, but could be better.
Well made and easy to adjust. It would be an advantage if the minimum height setting allowed the arms to be lower. The difference in height between a normal toilet seat and the arms is considerable greater than, for example, is the case with a perching stool seat and arms. For under £20, a godsend.
The Aidapt toilet frame has been a godsend in this household since it arrived, very promptly I might add. My husband had difficulty getting off the loo and was using the sink for leverage. This frame being lower has done the trick and I have put it around the sink so he now leans on this for support. At only £19.99 its amazing value for money, certainly cheaper than a new sink. Also its very sturdy and well made.

Good quality product which feels safe and secure when using. Some frames need the toilet seat to be removed, but this one can easily be moved out of the way, but is also easily put back round the toilet bowl.
