Good value and effective
The second strap of this type I've owned. This one has an additional pad to put more pressure onto the tendon. Works well in easing the pain and allowing the inflammation to heal. Also helps prevent recurrence when worn during exercise, DIY, gardening etc. Perhaps bulkier than some similar products but around half the price.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

useless stupid design
Very badly designed and hinders rather than helps - especially for the smaller (in my case female) person. The neoprene strap is fine. The gel pad area is small but may do something useful, I don't know. The problem is that it has a huge thick and very stiff velcro strap which then wraps completely around - so effectively that you can't move that part of your arm, it cuts into the inside of your elbow and skin and so on. Utterly useless for playing tenning or doing anything else where you need movement but support. I went back to using Tubigrip: much better.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Well made
Sorry no use to me as too bulky and rather large more suited to male wearers. I found this to be restrictive. This is one of the better made supports but for me to be able to use it needs to be narrower as it restricts my ability to bend my elbow when the pad is in the right place. Don’t suffer with tennis elbow!
I was very dubious about this being any good as it was so much cheaper than in shops. But I was very happy to find that it is actually much better quality than ones I’ve bought from shops. It is very easy to fit to your arm and holds its place all day. Does what it should.
This product was cheap and as such i didn't expect it to last very long, but it has done and looks to be capable of going on for a long time. It is fiddly to put on and there were no instructions on the best way to wear it for maximum benefit so you will have to Google for them which is why I haven't given it top marks.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Bad item
It’s really bad and uncomfortable. Making hand so bruising and it’s too small. Also when we bending hand it’s making the inside part painful. Very bad quality material too. Not recommended elbow strap
This elbow strap has a bad sick seam at the end, which presses in to your skin, rub, and left a bruises. It’s much shorter in length, then those I had before from the other supplier, and doesn’t stay in place, always moved. Complete waste of money.

Ok but will it last?
I was a little surprised by how bulky it is on my arm compared to the photo. It currently works in preventing my arm from hurting when I wear it at the gym but I'm not too sure how long the velcro strap will last.
