Worth a try.
I bought the bracelet to see if it would help my pain from arthritis but I haven’t worn it for long but it did seem to help a bit when I had it on , But I couldn’t get on with wearing a bracelet. OK. But difficult to adjust
I would have rated this higher as it is good quality and robustly constructed. Perhaps a bit too robustly constructed! I am a fit man but even I find it difficult to manipulate it to fit snugly on my wrist. Others may not have this particular issue.
