For more than 10 years I’ve used this product. It brings me relief against feelings of moodiness, drowsiness and general lack of psychical energy. A nice light, but not amazing
This daylight simulator has some utility, maybe a little bit out of date technologically. I'm not sure what kind of light it uses, but I think that nowadays an advanced LED daylight array might be more effective for the same purpose. My second one.
I got it to replace the one I bought almost 20 years ago. I used to charge myself every morning during winter, now I have it hung on my wall and use it as a lamp. One of my three bulbs finally burned out, and because it’s so old it’s almost impossible to find a bulb, and for a fair price. Now I have a lot of spare parts.
