Great, apart from fitting it.
The pad works well and has good grip, the issue is fitting it. The holes are not lined up exactly and I had to enlarge the holes with a drill in order to be able to tighten the screws up.

This works but the screw holes needed a bit of adaptation to ensure the screws went in. Took about 5-10mins with a little knife to ensure it all aligned with my matika sander. Potentially sicks better than the original...
