Exceptional product.
Very good for 10s therapy. When I got the rocket, my muscles were in a knot. Just the slight movement would my shoulders and my neck into spashisms. Use of the rocket, slowly ease the pain and with continue use, the pain was gone altogether. Yes, I I highly recommend the rocket. I can turn my head with no pain. Total Hand Shock while in use.
The same electro stimulation that runs to the tip of the pen for massaging also goes the length of the entire device. IN OTHER WORDS, the pulsing / electro current is shocking your entire hand while in use, not just the very tip of the pen, where it is appiled to the area in need. It takes considerable maneuvering, often with an awkward hand position, to use the pen without being shocked. Not good, not convenient, not as advertised.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.
Read instructions, installed battery and was shocked painfully on the surface of my skin. I was also receiving a shock in the hand I was holding the unit. I put on a latex glove to insulate my hand. Doing this caused the unit not to function at all. Even at the highest level, it would not work while I had my glove on the hand holding the unit. It seemed that the current seeped out of the battery compartment into my hand while administering the stimulating tip to my arm. My mate and a friend suffered the same results using it. Chinese JUNK, Christmas ornament at best - don't even look at this product!
Does not work at all! No sensation of electricity or any other effect. You may as well use a spoon from your drawer, or a carrot. Absolute JUNK. And I've used other cheap and expensive tens units that worked. Shaped like a rocket so you can throw it aerodynamically into the waste bin. Don't buy
This product is horrible i would've never purchased if I knew that it was going to be me basically shocking myself. I understand that the electrical pulses are what helps with the muscle relief but the feeling you get in the hand that you are actually holding the product with is taking a trip to the electric chair. I even tried to hold the rocket with a towel so I wouldn't have that feeling in my holding hand and then it wasn't pulsing at all. All around terrible product.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Gave schocks instead of muscle manipulation. All instructions were followed..maybe it was just a defective unit.
I use a regular tens unit, so I'm familiar with the prep procedures..This particular unit only gave a unpleasant shocking instead of muscle stimulation..maybe it was defective, but based on my experience, I would not recommend this product.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Strong for size
The area of the body addressed by this product ultimately is just too small. The hand holding the product is the ground or return path and you can sometimes feel that. The feeling is more that of being shocked - a little uncomfortable; not dangerous just uncomfortable. Purchased one the wife - it goes unused. Not that it should be returned but it is of limited use.
