Excellent laptop, Chrome OS is super fast and easy to use, The google play store allows you to install any app you may need just like on a android phone and the battery life is amazing, can use it all day without any problems. The person who left 1 star obviously doesn't know what they are talking about as it is not a windows laptop so doesn't need windows update and the processor is a 8 core one so in no way under powered

Not good laptops these. The 32gb MMC isn't enough space to allow Windows updates & Applications. They are also very under-powered in terms of CPU. Lots of unsuspecting parents buy these for the kids & don't realise they are a pain in the rear.
