Fred Dekker's horror-comedy stars Jason Lively, Steve Marshall and Jill Whitlow. The action starts back in 1959, when an alien spacecraft accidentally ejects a capsule which lands on Earth. It's found by a college student out on a date, but a serial killer intervenes before the contents of the extraterrestrial container can do much damage. Twenty-seven years later another love-struck student, Chris Romero (Lively) is set to belatedly unleash an alien invasion when he co-opts his friend JC (Marshall) into joining a fraternity at Corman University in order to get Cynthia Cronenberg (Whitlow) to notice him. The two men are tasked with stealing a corpse and, unfortunately, the one they pick from a cryogenics lab is host to slug-like creatures that escaped the aliens' canister back in '59, and which turn their victims into the living dead...
