The quality is first class and it feels more robust than it’s spec. But this is to use on stairs, and stairs only. We have a very tricky staircase and it manages all the twists and turns, so is just what I need. However, it would be so much more useful if it were possible to use it on uneven surfaces as well, but that is not part of the package. One end adjusts horizontally only and the other end adjusts vertically from two steps deep plus. That’s what it’s designed to do, which is why I’ve given it full marks, but with a bit extra it would be even better. Feet are a bit small and dug in to our soft pine. So I’ll use some carpet pads next time!

Extremely well made and robust product. However if the staircase is on the slightly small (narrow) side of things it can be a bit tight and awkward to manoeuvre at times but once in position is an ideal safety/work device.
