DELIGHTED SO FAR
This is the first time I have tried the Maxtra Pro LIMESCALE EXTRA and I am so thrilled with them. We live in a particularly hard water area, and these cartridges make such a difference (over the normal Maxtra Pro cartridges) to the taste of the water. Honestly not sure this is genuine Britta. It doesn't properly fit into my filter jug and when I opened the individually wrapped cartridge, it was wet... Huh? Weird. It looks like expected otherwise but the water is also running through too fast from the get go... Probably because it doesn't fit properly. Helps with lime scale.
The Brita filters really work , purifying the drinking water of added agents. Helps also to take away hard water. Which creates lime scale. Would recommend using them with the Brita jug.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I live in London and these new filters have made a noticeable difference to my kettle. One month in, no detectable limescale build-up. I would prefer to use a system like Phox but these do a more thorough filtering job.
