Pricey and pretty but usage is normal..kinda fancy to have
I am an adult with shoulder length thin straight hair. I had a hard time deciding between an adult or child brush. I bought the child size one and wow it’s perfect size. the special brush that lasts for many years.,
i have had long fine hair since a young girl. a lovely friend of my mums bought me my first mason and pearson hair brush. and it helped with those knots,. I actually had one for my poodles as well. When I was in England I couldn't find one in any store in Manchester. I got one in Myer Melbourne they have lasted me approx. 25 years each. In need of a new brush, I wanted it for my birthday,. They are not cheap, I bought the small one for m handbag., I think if you had thick hair you would need the larger one, for hair styling. I use mine for blow waving . The first brush of the day Is painful using any other brush. When i go to the hair dressers I quickly give it a brush. I love the mixture of bristle and nylon for my brush. My daughter in law and grand daughte4r are already using Mason and Pearson. When you meet someone who uses this brush. there is a nod amongst us that says.. YES I totally get it. This is the best brush in the world. I wish it was cheaper. But I got this one at a really good price and it was here within days for my birthday, My put it in a brown paper bag for my birthday, haha. he could not believe how happy I was. this is one of those things I cant do without., if you have not tried it you wont get it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Extraordinary quality, replacing my first one after 40 years regular use!
I had my first Pocket Bristle and Nylon for just on 40 years, given to me on my 21st birthday. Extraordinary quality. Was still going strong but rubber cushion starting to perish. Great brush perfect for travel
My family has used Mason & Pearson brushes for as long as I can remember and then even before then. My Nana had one since she was in her late teens that we had up until about 5 years ago. We then had one growing up that was my mums that we only got rid of due to the handle wearing out, not the actual bristles. I have a large one of my own now and absolutely love it so when the pocket size came up at a good price I grabbed it. I do a lot of house sitting so the pocket size if perfect for this or to keep in my handbag.
