New phone for 87 year old
We got this phone for my wife's father who has large hands and is a bit of a technophobe. He has managed to sort out it's use ok and is happy with it's size. Still has a few stumbling points but he'll work it out or ask. Good phone
Bought this for my 90 year old father to use while in hospital as he was finding a smart phone too complicated. Once I had managed to turn off the annoying noises with every key press, it has proved simple for him to key in the home number. I have stored some other family numbers but the display is very small - yet to see if he can manage this. Radio auto-tunes and seems to have very good reception - but - there is no socket for earphones which seems extraordinary! No good for visually impaired.
This phone is not as good as I thought it would be. Of no use to someone with poor visability and the sos button is so small that it is easy to hit the wrong button instead.
