expensive but works well c electric shavers
Ive been using dry face powders for ever with my norelco shavers and it works well. you must rub off the excess because they do cause the blades to become dull quicker. does not work with foil shavers, (actually breaks blades) . if you have oily skin like me or sweaty like during the summer , you really need this powder. tha price has gone up every year and it seems expensive for such a small amount. Okay, but dried out.

Life Changing
I have used a Philips Norelco Rotary Razor for as long as I have been shaving, I used one exclusively dry shaving for about 16 years, then got a model that allowed for wet shaving, so I used a shaving foam and brush for a while, and I did get a closer shave then just using the razor dry, but I have found that Remington Face Saver just does as good a job as the shaving foam and brush in much less time. It is messy and will flake off your face so i recommend shaving over a sink. Also make sure to clean out your razor using a brush (Preferrably the one that came with your electric razor) as the powder will clump and stick in the hair collection chamber.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Tips on using shave powder with an electric razor.
For those using an electric razor, here is my advice. First, wash your face and beard with soap and hot water, as hot as you can stand. This removes facial oils which prevent the razor from functioning properly and also softens the whiskers so they are easier to cut. Then use this powder stick to sooth the skin, dry any remaining moisture and lubricate the razor to cut better and closer.
