The IdeaPad 100s is a notebook by Lenovo. The backlit LED screen has a diagonal size of 11.6 inches and delivers resolutions of up to 1366 x 768 pixels. The notebook is powered by an energy-efficient Intel Atom quad-core processor which clocks at 1.33 GHz and has an integrated Intel HD graphics processor and 2 GB system memory for basic multitasking. A 32 GB flash drive offers enough storage space for the important data. A microSD card slot provides easy expandability of the storage space. Good laptop for General Use
This is a very good laptop for the price. While it doesn't offer much ram nor storage space, both work well together to give a smooth interface on the Windows 10 platform. The webcam - Very poor quality. You'll be lucky to make out your eyes. Don't be expecting much for the price. I wouldn't recommend the webcam for business conferences etc. The speakers - Very tin-ny. They sound alright while not at full blast. Very usable for general use. Track pad and Keyboard - The keyboard is very responsive and you'll hardly ever make a typing error. The keyboard has soft push buttons which give a nice friendly feel, however if you're a light typer, stay away. You have to press relatively hard to get the feeling that the key has worked and been pressed. The track pad is nice and responsive, and the border is very bold which will stop you from positioning your hand off it and being frustrated when if doesn't respond. Battery - Amazing battery. For the price you're paying, you will not find a better battery life. While it's second hand, it still retains a rough 10 hour battery life, which is unbelievable. Definitely the biggest pro of this laptop. I would recommend if this is for a student. Pros - Battery Performance on Windows 10 Keyboard Lightness 180 hinge Good CPU to handle multiple processes and applications Cons - Speakers Storage Space Maxed out Ram at 2GB I would definitely recommend this laptop for standard school work, from word processing to general applications. **Note** I returned mine as it was slightly malfunctioning. Save for something bigger and better. This item seems useful for light work.
Personally When my Product arrived, I could not even 'Log In'. I suspect there is a fault on the Hard Drive. The Laptop is very small, and only suitable for light amounts of Work, where it can be downloaded elsewhere. Perfect buy for the buck
Excellent product for daily browsing and multimedia use. Boots and shut downs in seconds. Storage speed is somewhere between hdd and ssd. Lenovo IdeaPad 100S 11.6 - Windows 10 A really lightweight ultra laptop. It's designed for portability and truly delivers on that basis. It's not specked to be a desktop replacement but it is, for the money, a fantastic device for browsing the web, checking email, using Word, Excel, Outlook etc but don't expect fast speed. That said, it works pretty well, and has a fantastic battery life - far better than most laptops I've ever owned. It came with Windows 10 pre installed. The screen is bright and sharp - it doesn't fold back on itself, but is pretty good quality. Very nifty little notebook
Worth it for the relatively low cost. I use this as a travel companion. Its quick to turn on and charge, can be a bit laggy if using it for intensive activity, but then again its only 2gb ram, and intel atom so to be expected. Overall, happy.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Excellent value for money.
I bought this as a student laptop and it does everything I need it to do. It is very low profile and lightweight making it extremely portable, the battery life consistently lasts 7+ hours with full brightness and several programs running.
