Bad shipping practice
The crayfish was shipped Friday for a 1 day shipping. So it did not arrive until Monday, because it was shipped over the weekend, it was just sitting at the post office for live animals. Also, the package have no heat pack. When I received the package, the water was extremely cold and the Crayfish was VERY weak. Also, nothing was on the package to indicate that it was live animal inside. Very poor shipping practice and not a lot of thought process that went into itVerified purchase: Yes

Great little guys/girls
