Nature is a cure for IBS
I suffer with extreme cramping stomach due to post infectious IBS when lying down, it stops me sleeping and I try to sleep while I have cramps from my stomach to legs to arms but I decide to take a peppermint capsule either 1 or 2 if severe and after 10 minutes or so I have effective relief to be able to sleep.
