As a new executive in one of the syndicates, your goal is to outfit a band of cyborg agents and take control of 50 territories spanning the globe. Of course, rival syndicates are trying to stop your progress and will threaten the success of your operation. <br><br>In this unique blend of action and strategy, you must balance the funds of your syndicate and decide which weapons, technology upgrades or agent modifications you need to complete your objectives. At the end of each mission, you can sell unnecessary equipment or raise taxes in order to finance more research. Just don't tax the citizens too heavily or they may revolt!
