Seagull Coastline HG cedar top
I play out solo 3-4 times a week and rely on the best possible workhorse equipment I can find to present the best possible sound. I was so happy with my Seagull Maritime that I purchased the Seagull Coastline and was glad I did. While the Maritime has a smaller body and string length which is the perfect size for this small room I play in called The Cave. I notice the Coastline has a bigger fuller sound with it's slightly bigger body and sounds so sweet only a solid top can give you. It also costs about $400.00 less. Both guitars have a great tone.. The Fishman electronics does a great job in translating the guitars sound through my jbl speaker. I also play through the: Wet Reverb and T.C. Electronics Flashback pedals.. Seagull offers you astonishing beautiful, extreme high quality guitars period..... I'm not even going to say "for the money" because these guitars hold their own against the bigs. This is the perfect guitar. It’s beautiful! Came with low action, very playable and sounds wonderful. Was a little worried about the wider neck but it’s great. Couldn’t be happier.
