Good starting-point for beginners.
I bought it for a beginner Vlogger as a gift. It has great stabilization and can be used with other camcorders in a set. It has no external mic input, which is its main weakness, but as a second camera or filming with close narration this should not be too much of a restriction. The image quality is very good. For interior filming the camera needs good lighting to be at its best. Again in a budget set-up cheap halogen garage-lights can be adapted. Outdoors the camcorder is very good. Please note that the lens is not wide enough to give context in walkabout selfie footage and no wide adapter is available. However if you need a lightweight cam with easy controls, good image quality, and an excellent zoom with stabilization then this should be high on your list.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Good results and easy to use.
For a sub £200 digital camcorder, this is brilliant. Easy to use, good image and sound quality, great value for money. A great, family video camera that anyone can use.
