Excellent speakers

Consider these before splashing out!
These speakers sound as good as any small reference speakers costing hundreds of pounds more. Excellent clarity with very deep and refined bass tone. I got them for my home studio and they perform perfectly with a tascam DP-008 EX 8 track recorder or any other source for that matter, computer, mobile etc.

Mv-audio speakers

Good balanced sound
Decent tonal range for a compact speaker, and plenty loud enough for desktop monitors. Nice looking and practical design, having the volume control plus headphone and aux sockets on the front really help accessibility. Ideally, these should be situated at head height for the 'sweet spot' of tonal range. Great speaker at a great price

I bought these at almost half price - cat B (although immaculate condition) for £75 to use with a Roland FA06 Synth / workstation at home. Good price to quality
I was looking for some monitor speakers both for entertainment and listening to some music and to work as monitors for my little home studio and home recordings, and they are great - balanced, clear sound and good volume, only distort slightly when listening close to the full volume in heavy bass tracks like heavy house music, rock music with the usual amount of bass they do not distort.
