Good little unit!
It works well and seems to help my shoulder so I don't have to live on Alleve. The only thing I don't like is the case is a little to small to hold all the things once they are used. Specificlaly, once you unwind the AC adaptor to use it, it becomes almost impossible to get back in the case, so that part of it doesn't stick out and not allow the case to close. It is a little complicated to use if like me you have not used one. I am going to take it in to the therapist who suggested it and let her explain how to use the EMS section to my benifit.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Cryptic,hard to understand directions.
I've been using tens units for awhile,and this one is by far the most confusing. The directions just send you in vague,hard to follow circles that do nothing to help you get this unit to work properly. It isn't broken,just impossible to get it to work on the settings I want. Simple device with a case

DON'T BOTHER WAISTING YOUR MONEY
Gives minor electric shocks that in my opinion have no value. Also the controls are a bit complicated even for the tech savvy. The only plus it has an AC adaptor, otherwise you would be spending a small fortune on batteries.
