My carpets have never been so clean now, so I like this cleaner. But it is tricky to access the inside bit to empty it. You could break your nails trying to withdraw the tube where all the dirt is collected, this could do with some improvement. There are 2 settings, one is for quite light cleaning & this suits hard floors well, the second one is very strong & will lift dirt from deep in the carpets, dirt you never knew you had!!
