Exquisite quality.
It is a smaller diameter than my previous knob, but it feels great to grab and shift. The threads start at the end of the knob. It really does lengthen the shifter rod. It would be a good idea to buy and install the shorter rod they sell. Which I did swap in and it is a great duo. The machine work is exemplary, fantastic, superb, how ever you say it, it is beautiful work.
