i bought this as i was starting to get lower back pain, when i first did the routine on the dvd i didnt think id done enough to help, i was wrong im still using it though not rfegularly to stop them returning.
Good dvd for a beginner. Bought in as having back pain recently and it does seem to be helping. Would recommend to those in a similar position.
