Amazing product, with real health benefits
The Kefirs came as described by the seller, sealed and with easy to follow instructions. They grow and multiply within a few weeks I have had to split them up and freeze the majority and start again. I felt the benefit of drinking the kefir straight away and now have it on rotation i.e one batch brewing and one ready to drink. I would highly recommend trying this if you need a massive hit of good bacteria in your gut. Go easy though if yo are not used to it as it takes some getting used to. Kefir Water
I was a bit skeptical at first......fermented water for healthy gut n bowels (I have lactose intolerance so am prone to bowel pain). But give it a try...it's not difficult...and it's ssoooo true...my bowels have never been so healthy!! I hooked n spreading the health to my family too. Plus don't worry if the Kefir grains have gone into a coma as mine did.....just add a slice of apple to the fermentation process to wake em up. Give it a try!
I was concerned because the grains were marked as been dispatched on a Friday and did not arrive until Tuesday. They looked ok when they arrived so asap I followed the instructions. The first batch didn't work so well but I read that after being in post the grains may need to rebalance as they have not been fed any sugar for some time. I decided to follow a recipe for ginger beer for the next batch which turned out great. It's now a week or so and I'm on my fourth batch and the grains have nearly doubled. Very Healthy Pearls
I purchased this item as I wanted to try my hand at Kefir making. The little packet of fresh pearls arrived in a couple of days and I carefully read the comprehensive instructions included. I made up a batch the next day and now it grows so fast I can't keep up. It's obviously a very healthy stock and I am very pleased with my purchase. Problem with my water kefir grains
I was very happy to receive the grains but after an inspection I discovered there were lots of tiny fruit flies mixed with the grains. I had to wash them a few times, tried to remove the flies. It was a bit gross. It did put me off to be honest.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
