If it falls over it rights itself automatically
This is my 2nd cylinder Dyson, my first a DC19 is still working OK but I noticed it was losing suction. Cleaning made no difference so I thought I would try the new Big Ball Cinetic Musclehead. This unit follows you round with ease and if it falls over it rights itself automatically – a nice touch. The musclehead welds itself to the ground and lifts out almost anything in the carpet, goes under furniture other heads don't, but it does need a bit more effort to push than the brush type of head. I have only used ‘normal’ mode, it has a ‘max’ mode which I have not had to use and it comes with a warning it might damage the floor coverings. The dust bin is not as simple to empty as other Dyson as it has moving parts. I’m not sure if the non-cleanable filter is such a good idea as the first second hand unit I was sent had a strong smell of dog when I used the cleaner (Dyson replaced without any quibble). I was surprised to see that there are guide lines as to what should be sucked up and what should be avoided and ‘misuse’ could invalidate the guarantee. All my other 3 Dyson’s have worked very well for many years so I trust in the good reputation Dyson have built up over time.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

Powerfull and easy to use but build quality is lacking
A very powerful and easy to use vacuum. The self righting big ball element actually seems to be really good so far; especially when going round corners. The major disappoint however is the build quality. Broke on first use!
