Microsoft Windows 7 pro Professional 32 64 Full Version SP1 + Product Key install disk Absolutely Works!!! I was also able to download and install all current Windows Updates and do the Windows Activation over a week ago. I installed on a new WD HDD after first formatting it (your drive must be formatted if not already so). Should have gone to Best Buy Geek squad to begin with.
I purchased this to replace a VISTA operation system I had running on an older laptop. I could not upgrade from VISTA to Windows 10, so I decided to at least upgrade to WIndows 7, which I believer should meet my needs. The install started ok, but prompted for me to insert a drivers cd. I didn't have such a thing. I am not a techie so I took the Windows 7 with the sheet of paper with the serial number to Best Buy Geek squad and left it with them to do the install. A very nice deal for those who hate Windows 8/10 as much as me
If you're like me and feel that Windows 7 is the last usable OS from Microsoft, this is a great deal for new PC installations, or to downgrade from a regretted free Windows 10 upgrade after the one-month grace period. Single PC/laptop installations are very easy, although, being 5 years or old (2011), updates are a bit of a (time-consuming) pain (use the Microsoft update roll-ups to help here, turn off auto-update during the update process, and be sure to disable network connectivity until after booting; after all updating, return update settings to normal).Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Worked well but don't forget the drivers
The install of Windows worked great. I was doing it on a Dell computer and didn't realize I needed to install all the Dell drivers to make everything work, like Windows Media Center. Dell has a program to scan your hard drive and tell you what drivers you need.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Make a dual OS computer

Not Functional
It is not clear to how to use it to restore PCs either in window 7 or 01 that do not start for various reasons. I have had bought a window 7 restart CD and it least leads window 7 systems to repair error before offering options to reinstall windows.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Can't use Product Key, Junk.

Back from the black hole.
My laptop screen went black. Probably a bad boot sector. All ordinary system recovery methods failed, but I was able to recover my data. Fortunately I had purchased this package for just such an event. The system installed without a glitch and the included device drivers got the internet access up.
