Fantastic vac, a pig to empty and on/off button and power cord retract buttons are flimsy
Received the refurbished vac really quickly and to be honest it looks brand new. This is my third Dyson and would need to be convinced there is anything better on the market. Suction is fantastic and with the multitude of attachments there is nothing that can't be tackled. The only down side is the emptying of the bagless section took a bit of mastering and is a little awkward. Almost fired the cleaner
Speedy delivery, came a day before the estimate. Went at the house top to bottom that evening and filled the container 3 times, little worrying as the cleaner had been that morning. I'm going to put it down to the intrim vacuume being a little rubbish. Very good, easy to empty, dog is terrified by it which amuses our 3 year old, also box it came in made a great space ship. The high quality design and function you expect from Dyson
What an amazing product! My father had one of the first Dyson vacuums (a distant relative of this model) and that lasted 15 years before it was no longer usable, so when I found the refurbished products I knew that was a safe bet to save a few £££. The flexibility of this product is awesome - an attachment for every need and all of them perform flawlessly. We have a mix of wooden floors, with and without rugs and carpeted floors and with our dog and two young kids there’s plenty to clear up. The difference from our old Henry vacuum was immediately noticeable! I couldn’t quite believe it. The service was amazing too - I ordered late one afternoon just before Xmas and sent a message to ask if it would be possible for me to collect it before Xmas (the expected delivery date was 3rd Jan) and sadly this wasn’t. Clean as a new pin
I researched this model carefully, reading lots of reviews, as the best Dyson in the range to meet my particular needs and bought this 'professionally refurbished' model at a very good price - half-expecting it to be a bit shop-soiled and worn. Not a bit! Mine arrived within two days looking every bit factory new complete with a two year guarantee and a full set of new and unused tools. It really sucks! In a good way :)
Plenty of suck and a fine array of tools. The reach is good too. Only used a handful of times so far, but has picked up a lot that the old cleaner missed. It is also a little quieter than the old one, doing more work for less noise. Lighter than the old one and quieter. Amazed at how much it vacuumed up. Useful range of tools supplied with it. Nice to be able to empty it without getting covered in clouds of dust.
