Oh My Gosh!!! This dialpad repair kit is MAGIC!!!
Our office has been dealing with the Panasonic number 1 button problem for the past 8 years. A friend sent two of his KX-TG400b handsets to a repair shop because one of the number buttons didn't work. The shop couldn't find a replacement part after 5 months of searching. I heard about this problem, and found p1repair's listing for this item. Shipping was faster than stated and since these are just sheets of plastic, the envelope arrived in the mail without a need to track a package. Installation was a breeze.
