Anyone in real estate should have one of these.
I had my previous older version of this on my desk for 15 years. After a decade of drops, coffee spills etc, it finally gave out. I am glad it did, because I purchased a new one and it is much nicer. The new model is very light weight and feels solid. This is a must have for anyone in real estate or finance.
