The product was totally useless.I contacted the vendor, Colourtradeelectronix of Birmingham who said they would replace it if I sent it back.To add insult to injury having had to pay to send it back the replacement item is worse than the original purchase.As a pensioner I cannot afford to keep sending faulty items back at £10 a time.The product was bought to enable me to transfer my video collectio to DVD. Not having bought a similar item from E Bay I cannot make a comparison
