The World Alliance has chosen you to command the military in the year 2093. Aliens are attacking from all sides, forcing you to mount a daring counter-attack! Raiden II, the classic Arcade top-down shooter, blasts its way onto your PC with both single- and dual-player options.<br><br>Many options to customize gameplay are available as well, including speed (extra smooth to turbo), number of credits, rank, kinds of bombs and even the chance to change perspective from normal vertical to horizontal mode! When in cooperative two-player mode, both players have a different color ship (red or blue) along with a special weapon such as a unique bomb type.<br><br>Features in Raiden II include two types of bombs (thermonuclear and scatter), missiles and three methods of shooting: spread fire, rapid beam and tracking fire.
