Great Product, but a couple of things that you might like to know before buying
For anyone who has ever played any Civilization game this set brings you down memory lane. It includes all of the early renditions of the game and extra DLC. There are two things to keep in mind when you purchase this. First, it is clearly in CD format so make sure your computer system has a CD player attached. This may seem like a DUH thing but many laptops and desktop systems don't have CD players installed and unless you use your system regularly you may not be aware of this (I bought a laptop several years ago and didn't give any thought at the time of purchase that it may not have a CD player). The other thing to keep in mind is that they are giving you actual copies of the original games. So the original Civilization will NOT work on a Windows 10 system unless you have a DOS emulator. Civ2 will work but you will have to do some tweeking to make it work but there are instructions at various sites online as to how to make that happen.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Waste of money..!
I read some reviews about this item, so that I bought it..., unfortunately.. I shouldn't buy this thing. I have several computers that I can access with Windows 7 and 10, no one of them could run Civ I or II, for Civ III it works but you have to have Disk 1 in your CD/DVD drive, besides you can buy Civ III complete from Steam for only $ 5 and it will save you a big headache. For Civ IV I didn't try it on this package, because I have my old separate one. Sorry sellers... but this product is now part of past and is going be a waste of money with our day's operating systems and highly performance graphic technology.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Sid Meier's Civilization Chronicles is a great value!
The Civilization series requires no introduction. It is a legendary game series that has been around for over two decades. Each game in the series is fun in its own right and can be played endlessly. The Civilization Chronicles Boxed Set is a great value and incorporates Civs I through IV into a lovely set along with printed out tech trees and other documents.
