This book is excellent but it has a targeted audience. This discusses daily workout technique. In my opinion, the biggest challenge after doing exercise in the right form is the rotation of exercises that one does for a rounded, over time exercise program. What do you do? How often should you do it? How do you rotate exercises so you target the most different muscle groups. How should you rest in between exercises and how do you think about what you are doing. Frank Zane is more than competent to discuss these topics and he is an avid teacher. Zane is really fabulous at re-evaluating the process. I find it to be a great reference as well as a straight read through.
