Second time around
Having had one of these machines for several years it was time to replace it as it was having problems. Not being the most technically gifted I chose to buy the same machine but in a condition that appeared little used. Being used to it I find it easy to use to record from TV or my Video camera plus transferring old video tapes onto DVD's. Superb for creating a playlist on HDD
This is my third Sony RDR-HX860 DVD Recorder and, in my opinion, one of the best models that Sony has introduced. Its outstanding feature, and the one that I cherish most, is the fact that one can create a playlist directly on the HDD. This is extremely useful and convenient for editing purposes.
