good quality brush, great for caravan roof
This is a good quality brush, the brush head is perfect, firm enough to 'scrub' off firm deposits, but the bristle ends are soft and don't scratch. the pole is well made, but on absolute max extension on a flat caravan roof is just a bit 'bendy'. When I used it with a small amount of the thin section extended it is fine. I haven't used the water throughput or the window mop/squeegee so can't comment on them, but as a brush to clean my caravan and cars it has been just the job. it would definitely work to clean upper windows, but how effective it would work as a squeegee 3 m above your head I have my doubts, particularly with 'multi pane' windows, which are a swine with a hand held one.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Just stick to your window cleaner!
The idea of this device is very good, and pretty easy to use one would think. I was quite looking forward to cleaning my upstairs windows as they were quite dirty as I had sacked my window man. Anyway, put it all together, turned on the hose and then realised it was hopeless. Described as lightweight, but really the big brush attatched to the three extension poles made it too heavy to control. At its full length, it did not reach my upstairs windows, so I tried standing on a tool, but with the weight of it plus a good stream of water, it just went from side to side on its own and sent me flying of my stool, which could have been very dangerous! As well as this with the laws of gravity the water finds it hard to go upwards for this considerable height and finds it much easier to run back out of the hose all over you. My sleeves and trousers were soaking wet and after trying to use just the squeegy thing instead of the brush this was even more useless and fell apart. What a complete waste of money this was for cleaning upstairs windows and I cannot imagine it would be any better for cleaning anything on the ground either. Very good piece of equipment, well made, attachments are solid.
Very good piece of equipment, however I found that an extra 2 feet would make a big difference as it falls a bit short for my upper windows. I am 5'10" tall and have a good reach but the pole was a bit awkward when attaching the hose and a bit heavy. I did manage to use the pole without the water hose succesfully. I think this product would be great for caravans and conservatories. I surfed the web looking for anything that could match the price. Plenty of similar products but at a much higher cost. it does the job
It does the job, it has some disadvantages like the heavy brush and the whole pole gets very heavy when it start filling with water, but at the end of the day you get what you pay for, I give 4 stars because I think it must be a bit cheaper.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Let down
I went for a more expensive window brush to avoid leaks and general cheaper products. I have used this twice now and each time I have ended up more wet than the Windows themselves. Exactly how it was described

Quality bit of kit.

Gets the job done
It gets the job done, but the connection to the hose keeps coming undone and even when it is tightened it leaks. So expect to get wet. However it isn't hugely expensive and it still has adequate pressure to do the job.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
