Out of every pain type of medicine over-the-counter that's on the market I find that Tylenol Extra Strength gel tabs are the best. I have tried many other types and none come close to Tylenol Extra Strength. It is well known that hospitals still use Tylenol to this day. Goes to show that somebody is doing something right. Ordering convenience
