  • Great book for children with obsessive or compulsive behaviors or anxiety

This book was originally recommended to me by my oldest child's pediatrician when my son's fear of tornados started turning into an obsession that was stressing him out all the time. This workbook is great! Work through it with your child, a little at a time, so they have a chance to practice the techniques they are learning. Great way to stay positive and upbeat and still help your child deal with their obsessive/ compulsive behaviors and even helped with anxiety.
