Lovely sound
Matched to my Cambridge Audio amplifier the sound is clear and crisp. A step up from my previous CD player. Very pleased.

Wouldn’t buy another Cambridge unit
Seems to have same issue as identical one I replaced it with. It is not accepting disc when loading and the tray opens again. This happens regularly and must be a design fault.

An Upgrade at Low Cost
Although it replaced a hi spec Marantz SE model the sound from the Cambridge is more mellow and closer to a vinyl record

Skips during playback occaisonally
Although the sound is good, I discovered the product will skip during playback if there is the slightest vibration in the room (such as someone walking in the room) So, not very happy with the purchase - hey! you live and learn. The lesson is: Always thoroughly check your purchase BEFORE leaving feedback.
