These pro-quality headphones let you hear it all. Premium 40mm drivers reproduce every musical nuance. Great headphones.
The build quality is great. It's durable and comfortable as hell. I love the curly cable and portability. Sound quality is clear but there is a noticeable absence of bass. The low frequencys don't come through at all which makes them not great for listening to music but good for editing. I use them for interview recording and editing and there perfect. Great for studio use but the noise cancelling isn't as good for outdoors. Overall I think there great and deffo good for more studio based work. Sony Professional headphones are the best
Over the years I've always bought Sony Professional headphones for my home studio. They're really comfortable to wear long-term, great sound quality with a flat frequency response (perhaps not bassy enough if you're comparing the bass with a pair of cheaper headphones), but you can always turn the bass up - they do have great bass response, they're just not tuned to be extra-bassy like most consumer headphones.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Sony MDR7506 headphones: super quality
I find these headphones to be very good for listening to both music and when plugged in when practicing on my digital piano (the wife says it sounds better that way!) Good field recording headphones
The flat response and open sound of these lightweight cans reports every detail picked up by a microphone evenly and without coloration. The earcups seal out external noise effectively without discomfort.
